Club bye laws

 

Bye laws provided for the safe use of the tennis courts and clubhouse.

 

General rules:

1. Members and visitors are expected to conduct themselves in an orderly manner at all times while on club premises.

2. A committee member may refuse entry or eject any member or visitor.

3. Proof of membership to be produced on request by a member.

4. Members and visitors are personally liable for any damage done by them on the premises.

5. An appropriate standard of dress must be maintained at all times. Players must wear clothing and footwear that is recognised tennis wear.

6. Players must only use approved tennis equipment on the courts.

7. Cycling in the grounds is not permitted. Bicycles must remain outside the courts.

8. No ball games are permitted in the club house.

9. Food may be consumed in the club house but club house must be left tidy.

10. Smoking is not permitted in any part of the club.

11. No pets are allowed in the club.

12. Members may invite guests to the club to play six (6) times during a season. The same guest may not attend on more than three (3) occasions.

13. Junior members under the age of 13yrs must not be left unsupervised.
